We are your personal assistant to finding a property in Spain and not tied to any estate agencies or connected organisations.
We independently check through all available properties from all agencies to find specific properties for you, in 3 stages.
 
We are specialist in inland properties Spain but not exclusively, as we can cater for all requirements. Inland properties, just a short distance away from the coast have spectacular views and breaktaking scenery. You get much better value for your money and living overheads are much lower. Inland communities in Spain tend to be there all year round, so don't become a ghost town during the winter and almost crime free.

If you have found a property, ie. on the web or in an editorial and you just need someone to just go to check it out. Then we can do just that for you.
 
We will check that the build is legal, that the price is consistent for the type of property and the cost of service charges for communal areas, that are often overlooked, but can end up being a strain on resources.
We will report back with all the relevant information, including Photographs and video, in a format to suit you.
 
We believe that a property is just a property and it's the owners that make it a home. Getting a home in Spain or anywhere else, is getting a way of life and that way of life is very important when matching a home to a location.

We are employed by you, to find a property that meets your criteria.

Many properties look very nice when looking at them on the web or in an agents brochure, but quite different on visiting the location. The property could be up a mountain where a 4 wheel drive vehicle is needed to get access, 2 or 3 kilometers along a dirt track, several Kilometers from the nearest amenities or at the top of a hill so steep you almost need climbing equipment to get to it.
 
We can ensure that if you visit a property it will be very close to the criteria you have selected, as reports supplied by us will allow you to eliminate undesirables.
 
You don't have to rely totally on us to find a property for you. If you enjoy browsing the web looking at all the different properties, great, if you find some that you like, make a note of their website and reference numbers, these can be used to help find your property. Check out the properties at : World Wide Properties Spain, they are an estate agent based in the UK and have properties for sale in many parts of the world.
 
To dismiss undesirable properties is very time consuming, requires a lot of traveling and can be very costly. By being very specific with your criteria we can narrow the search considerably. We can physically check out the properties and areas to make sure that they are within your guide lines, reporting back to you, thus saving time and money.
By talking to you we can get a feel for what you are looking for and quickly eliminate some areas.

3 Stage Process

Estate Agents can only sell you a property they have for sale. We will find you a property that you want to buy using our 3 stage process:

1. We search through all the available properties and select ones that meet your criteria. This selection of properties is sent to you, to shortlist.
     
2. From your selection, we visit each property and area and create a report on each one.
     
3. From our reports, you select which ones you would like to visit and possibly proceede with. 

We are your time savers and your 'waste of time' savers

As your personal assistant, we will be your eyes, ears and go-fors. We will check out a number of properties that meet your criteria and with the use of photographs and video, discuss the pros and cons of each one, until you are happy with one or more that are worth a personal viewing.
 
If needed, we will support you right through the buying process offering you advice and options available. We can also find you a very good English speaking Spanish lawyer to do your conveyancing and ensure the property is compliant with Spanish Law.

We can renovate it, decorate it and even add a pool. All work is carried out to exceptionally high standards.
