Views on Costa Del SolThese photographs were taken this November, around Lake Vinuela and include La Vinuela, Periana, Puente and Los Romanos.
Some on these photographs were taken on the mountain road to Malaga near Mondron and show the mountains again the skyline and the olive groves in the valley's. Los Romanos is a small village at the top of one of the mountains and the views of Lake Vinuela are breathtaking. From Los Romanos you can look down on many of the Spanish villages like Periana, Vinuela and Alcaucin. Lake Vinuela is the focus point of many Spanish fiesta's and during the summer months villagers gather and celebrate by giving free paella and beer (cervesa). There is dancing and horse riding displays, these fiesta's often last for a couple of days. |
